Report For July 26th-30th, 2010
The markets spent the week
frustrating the bears. The weakness that began a couple of weeks ago
has been completely negated, as the general indexes rallied above
its 15 Day Moving Average.
Currently the NSE ASI WTD
stands at 1.70% while YTD closed
at 21.33% compared to last weeks
YTD of 19.30%.
The AMCON Bill signed by
President Jonathan Good Luck reveals how the markets were able to
shake off the recent weakness with several consecutive days of
advancing prices.
The markets stair stepped
their way higher and were able to clear the
25,000 points level that broke down in JUNE.
This move was a fairly sharp reversal, so it would not be a surprise
to see some profit taking this coming week.
The new low of
24,609 points set in JULY is now
an important support level to watch, and a resistant level of
25,383 set in JUNE is an important
resistant level to watch.
With Current Positive
scorecards hitting the market we are likely to see more of the Bulls
charging the market higher.
Technically,
While this week has certainly been positive for bulls, the markets
remain vulnerable to further PULLBACK. Current
RSI(14)
are currently above the
50
mark (BULLISH) and we expect it stays that way.
A Pullback above
RSI 50
will give the market the extra Boost to hit the
26,000
points level.
Also as prices are reaching their RESISTANT Levels, there are possibilities
that Profit taking will emerge and traders should look for New
opportunities to Enter the Market.
Overall short -term trades look Bullish.
