Report For June 1st-4th,2010
May was a
hectic month giving back all it gave from the beginning index
figures opened at 26,837.03, high of 27,816.29 and closed at
26,183.21 with a loss of 1.02%.
This
Recent movements has left traders wondering which direction the
markets will be headed next.
As
you can see from the charts below, the NSE ASI has continued to
trend on a Lower high time frame (last high in
April 28,029.78poins, then MAY 27,859.99 points) and fallen a
100% Fibonacci level 2ce in same April & May finding support around
25,600 points levels.
Though the current indicators have managed to hold above the support
levels (Higher-Low, BULLISH) and look
like they could be positioned to make a move higher.
We
expect to see much of Cautious buying as we approach this week of
June, Because traders tried to fight back after last week's losses
and Fridays trades showed 21 stocks on full bid with WEAK VOLUME
demands.
Most
stocks are oversold and could continue to bounce, but there will be
many traders looking to cash in on stocks they have held through the
recent weakness. Current upward rally will welcome new buying
opportunities only to be met with other traders who have been
anxious to get out at better prices.
Technically We are in a Primary Bear market, MACD indicator needs to
break its current resistant level of 400 points
(GREEN LINE) before a new positive
rally will begin.
