TRW WEEKLY REPORT FOR 11TH-15TH OF OCTOBER 2010.

Another sweet song this week for the Bulls closing the week up by 3.13 compared to last weeks 1.59% closing the NSE ASI at 23,772.40 points.

Monday, the markets opened with a huge gap higher from Fridays close by 697.22 points.
Tuesday, the NSE ASI gained 515.20 with signs of weakness towards close of market.
Wednesday witnessed the presence of Profit takers as Bears surfaced cautiously with a drop of 227.09 points, and there was a sharp follow up through Thursday, and threatening to begin a larger correction, loosing 412.11 points.
Friday continued its downward trend but regained a quarter of their losses gaining 148.59 points to close the week at 23,772.40.

Technically,

The key area to watch this week will be the 30 & 45 Day Moving Averages of 23,300 & 24,300 which will act as support & resistant levels. 
Traders should monitor these recent areas for weaknesses or breakouts. Weakness these levels would be a clear warning signal. If these levels hold, the benefit of the doubt would continue to lie with the bulls.
