TRW WEEKLY
REPORT FOR 9TH TO 13TH AUGUST 2010.
WELCOME TO AUGUST
The Month
of AUGUST started on a rather poor note as the NSE ASI lost huge
points on Monday and Tuesday. Positive
volatility began on Wednesday as
the Bulls rallied back to recover 50%
of lost grounds.
Technically
Stepping back, the chart
pattern that has emerged over the past two weeks is an Inverted Head
& Shoulder (BULLISH), with the Right shoulder at
25,738.59, and meeting a
resistant level at the neck line of 25,900
level.
The fact that the markets
have not given up much of the rally is impressive. Currently all the
major indexes remain in uptrend's above its 15 and between 65-day
moving averages. While there are no guarantees for now that the
markets will continue to trek higher with continued Higher Low
rallies.
Ultimately, all eyes should be on the
50%
Fibonacci Line of 25,700 range.
