REPORT FOR 6TH-8TH OF SEPTEMBER 2010.
WELCOME
SEPTEMBER
The month of September seems
to be trending same levels as August, which I regard "the
worst nightmare for investors".
The NSE ASI started on a 2 day bearish rally at 24,247.05 to
24,203.18 from August close of 24,268.24 points. Friday saw the
Bulls recovering lost grounds closing at 24,241.84 points.
Fridays closing saw a huge
close up by the Bulls against the Bears on a 55:45 ratio compared to
last weeks 80:20 ratio.
From a technical perspective,
though still within its Over-Sold region, several key indicators,
such as the relative strength index, are forming a Bullish
Divergence, which suggests that the upside could be near.
The charts of interest this
coming week are of the NSE 30 and NSE FBT & NSE
BANKING because of a Double Bottom formation . Many active
traders will be keeping a close eye on these levels because they
have historically been used to determine the direction of the
market.
Its going to be a short
trading week because of the Islamic Holiday
"Eid-Ul-Fitr" (Thursday & Friday), but we expect the
NSI ASI closing on a Bullish note.
