TRW WEEKLY REPORT FOR 16TH TO 20TH AUGUST 2010.

The month of August continue to be an investors night mare with the NSE ASI dropping a total of 859.38 points (3.33%) till date.

Negative News continue to trail the market:

1. Controversy between DG of NSE/ President of NSE.

2.AMCON Bill (hope of mopping up toxic shares) will now be effective till Next year.

3.Over 250 controversial stockbrokers in SEC list on market malpractices .

4. Drop in global markets ..e.t.c

These scandals continue to build and we ask "When will all these End?

The financial scorecards of quoted companies sent to Exchange are not in line with the above scandal. 85% of results announced have had POSITIVE RESULTS and 95% positive Forecast.

Lets go back to basics and remember that the market is a discounting mechanism, not a feedback mechanism. As such, all future expectations would have been priced into the market before it actually happens.

Technically, It seems various indexes are beginning to find a support level with a closing figure of -0.01 loss on friday.

(NSE BANKING) made a nice rebound exactly on its support level of 370 points with other indexes ranging within RSI 39-42 level zone. An upward rally will be up to RSI 50,around 25,400-25,500 points.

Traders will continue to trade with caution within these levels until they spot high readings above RSI 50.

Monday's trading will give us a clearer view where the Index will look.
