Management

The general policy of the Company which is determined by a board of eight directors are executed through a crack Management Team consisting of:

Mr. Azubuike Okpalaoka ( B.Sc., FCS – AMNIM)

Is a Chartered Stockbroker of repute. Mr. Azubuike Okpalaoka holds a Bachelor of Sciences Degree (B.Sc.) in Industrial Chemistry from University of Benin over a decade ago.

He has attended numerous workshops and seminars on the Nigerian Capital Market.
An Infectious Communicator and Strategist, Mr. Okpalaoka is currently the Chief Executive Officer of TRW Stockbrokers Ltd.

Mr. Abdul-Rasheed Oshoma Momoh (B.A (Hons), ACS)

A Graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Mr. Momoh obtained Diploma in Banking & Finance in 1997 from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, ACS. He has attended numerous workshops home and abroad, A guru in short term trading techniques and a certified Technical Analyst.

He is currently the Head, Capital Market in TRW Stockbrokers Ltd.

Mrs. Lovelyn Deji – Awe (HND, ACA, ACS)

is an Accounting graduate of The Federal Polytechnic, Auchi. She is also an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and a Chartered Stock Broker. She had worked with Cooper Fleming StockBrokers Ltd before joining TRW.

She is currently the Head of Accounts Dept. for TRW Stockbrokers Ltd.

Mrs. Uzoamaka Edokpolo (LLB. Bl. LLM)

Mrs. Uzoamaka Edokpolo is a Law graduate from the University of Calabar and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1988.

She obtained her Masters Degree in Law from the University of Lagos . She has held several positions as Company Secretary before going into active legal practice as a partner in the firm of Odeh, Edokpolo & Co.

She is currently the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser/Head Admin. of TRW Stockbrokers Ltd.

Mr Collins Okonkwo  - (Bsc. Econs)

Mr. Okonkwo holds a bachelors degree in Economics from the University of North Texas. 

He is also a member of the Canadian Securities Institute and a certified financial planner. He has held several positions as a financial planner from various institutions the last of which was Future View Financial Services. ;

He is currently the head of the research unit in TRW Stockbrokers Limited.
